- No aggressive breeds
- Visiting pets are not allowed
- Weight Limit: no weight limit
- Non-refundable Pet Fee: $500 per pet (one-time fee)
- Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per pet
Exceptions for legally documented service animals or emotional support pets.
Pet screening is required as a part of the application process. If you have applied, you must create your profile with Pet Screening. This is a requirement EVEN if you do not have a pet.
Pet owners are required to pick up their pets’ feces, and failure to do so will be the basis for eviction.
