How long does the application process take?
Applications are processed by a third-party screening service. Most applicants receive a decision within 72 hours, though it can take up to five business days.
What documents do I need to apply?
You’ll need proof of income and information about your current and previous landlords.
Is a background check required?
Yes, we conduct both background and credit checks for all applicants.
What is the income requirement?
Your total household income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.
Applicants with poor or no credit may qualify for approval through OneApp. Contact the office for more information.

Do you accept evictions or offer second chances?

Yes, we accept housing vouchers.
What additional monthly fees should I expect?
Monthly Fees: • Water & Sewer: Based on individual usage • Trash: $10 • Renter’s Insurance: Required (you can use our liability-only option or your own policy that meets lease requirements) Optional Fees: • Pet Fee: $500 (one-time fee) • Pet Rent: $25 per pet, per month

Do you offer virtual tours?
Yes, we do! Virtual tours are perfect if you’re out of state or can’t visit in person. We’ll give you a personalized tour and answer any questions you may have.
Can I tour the exact apartment I’ll be renting?
In most cases, yes. If the specific unit isn’t available, we’ll show you a similar one. Feel free to contact our leasing office beforehand to confirm.
